Tardiness/Running Late

Please call or text if you are running late. 404-709-7881. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee on top of your appointment service fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You will then be charged a $25 cancellation fee to the card on file.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24hrs in advance. You can do this by logging into your square appointment account. Any appointment that is cancelled less than 24hrs of your scheduled appointment time will be charged a $40 late cancellation fee to the card on file.
Each Client is also allowed TWO reschedules per booked appointment. You will be banned for excessive rescheduling. (3x's or more) You're consistently taking up booking time/slots for others who can make that time slot. Please cancel and rebook when you have concrete availability.

No Call/No Show

If you "No Call No Show" you will be charged 50% of the service total to the card on file. It is also at the discretion of the service provider to ban you from scheduling future appointments with Spa Londyn Bella.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on our services or products. If you have an issue with the service received, please speak with your esthetician so the matter can be rectified. If you purchased a product, and have an issue, please let your service provider know. An exchange of product can be issued.

Spa Policies

• It is the responsibility of the client to provide all necessary and updated contact information on the intake form.
• It is the clients responsibility to schedule/reschedule/cancel all necessary services through the  booking site.
• Please arrive no earlier than 10 mins to your appointment.
• No extra guest or kids are allowed unless they are being serviced
• Prices, services, policies, terms & conditions, and hours of operation can be subject to change without notice.

To ensure the safety of our staff, our clients, and yourself, we have implemented the following safety precautions:

• If you are feeling sick, have a fever, cough, congestion, or sore throat, please cancel/reschedule your appointment.
• Our staff disinfects/sanitize between each client.
